I don't think your site is infected by trolls. Generally when a troll infects a site they try to take down EVERY file, just to be the consummate jerk.
Many of your files are still available, but some definitely are not.
Here's a direct quote from Sendspace's FAQ:
"A file becomes inactive if it has not been downloaded at least once during a 7 day period."
If you purchase a premium membership the file can stay up forever (unless they receive a complaint), but obviously that costs money.
It is far more likely that the files have simply expired from inactivity than that they were selectively targeted.
If you reconsider your decision to post music, I'd recommend you use MegaUpload or FileFactory or any of a number of alternatives to SendSpace. SendSpace is OK if you understand its limitations, but if you really want stuff to stay up a long time, it's not the best choice.
BTW, is there any chance I could convince you to re-upload Modern English's Mesh & Lace? You could use it as a tester for MegaUpload, for example! ;)

Try other upload venues such as Rapidshare, Megaupload, Divshare, Zshare, Gigasize, Mediafire (the best one I feel, no limit on the downloader) Badongo... Here's two links to pages filled with said upload venues and more.
